Private beta partner application

Apply to Become a WingletIS Beta Partner

WingletIS is currently accepting a small number of serious experimental aircraft builders and owners as private beta partners.

This is not a public free trial. I am looking for people who are willing to test WingletIS with real aircraft project material and provide practical feedback.

WingletIS is built by an aircraft builder for aircraft builders. The goal is to create one connected workspace for the aircraft project: build logs, photos, documents, components, costs, maintenance, weight and balance, flight data, and AI-assisted access to the aircraft's own documentation.

Who this is for

  • Active experimental aircraft builders
  • Owners maintaining or operating an experimental aircraft
  • Builders with real project material such as photos, manuals, PDFs, invoices, component lists, build notes, or maintenance records
  • People willing to test a product that is still improving
  • People willing to give honest and practical feedback

Who this is not for

  • People who only want to look around
  • People without an active aircraft project
  • People not willing to upload or work with real project material
  • People who are not interested in giving feedback

What beta partners get

  • Access to WingletIS during the beta period
  • A chance to help shape the product
  • Invitation to a private beta feedback group
  • Direct communication with the founder/developer
  • Early access to features for build logging, document search, AI assistance, maintenance, components, and aircraft lifecycle management

What I ask in return

  • Use WingletIS with real aircraft project material
  • Try the core workflows
  • Report confusing areas, bugs, and missing features
  • Give practical feedback from a real builder or owner perspective
  • Understand that the system is still evolving

3

Your current documentation setup

This helps me understand what WingletIS needs to work with in the real world.

How do you currently keep build or aircraft records?
What aircraft material would you be willing to use in the beta?
4

What you want to test

The best beta feedback comes from real work, not just clicking around.

Which WingletIS areas are most interesting to you?
What problem would you most like WingletIS to solve for you?
What would make this product genuinely useful for your aircraft project?
5

Beta participation

A small group only works if testers are willing to speak plainly about what helps and what does not.

Are you willing to provide feedback during the beta?
Are you willing to join a private beta feedback group?
Are you willing to join a short onboarding or demo call?

Submitting an application does not guarantee access. The first beta group will be kept small so I can work closely with selected builders and owners.
